The offer and sale of products on our website store.generalmarine.it are governed by these General Terms.

Products purchased on sunseekercollection.com are sold directly by Generalmare Est by Mercatore S.R.L. (also "Mercatore" or the "Seller"). Mercatore is registered into the Register of Companies of Genoa n. 328054, C.F. 03240700108 and VAT 03240700108. The headquarters of Mercatore is in Italy, Via Assarotti 3/7, 16122 GENOVA (GE).--

The Seller offers for sale the products on store.generalmarine.it to its own end-users who are "consumers", the consumers will be able to process the payment online from the beginning up to the end. Dealers will have to access to the section “for dealers only” as they’ll be requested to process the payment through bank transfer.

We consider "consumer" any person acting on store.generalmarine.it with purposes not related to his business or profession.

To complete the purchaseof one or more products, on store.generalmarine.it you will be in need of filling the electronic order form in and send it to the Seller, via computer.

The order form contains information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered, the price (inclusive of all applicable fees or taxes)and means of payment that you can use to buy each product.

The purchase will be considered complete when the seller receives, via computer, your order form, after verification of the correctness of data relating to your order, and payment confirmation. Dealers only are asked to skip the online paying section and send their order through “ For dealers ONLY”

Where the products on store.generalmarine.it are no longer available, or for sale, at the time of your last access to the site the Seller will promptly communicate and in any case within thirty (30 ) days starting from the following day on which you sent your order to the Seller, the possible unavailability of products ordered. In case of forwarding the order form and paying the price, the Seller will refund what you originally paid within thirty (30)days, starting from the day following the date the Seller received the payment from the consumer.

Payments, shipping and delivery of products

To pay the price of products and their shipping costs you can go through the methods described into the order form; for delivery Mercatore has chosen TNT Courier.

Delivery estimated timing:

Italy 3/5 working days ( excluding hardly accessible areas ),

Europe 10 working days for ( excluding hardly accessible areas ),

Outside Europe from 7 up to 15 days (taking also in consideration custom clearance).

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the contract with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) days following the date of receipt of goods purchased from store.generalmarine.it .You cannot change out the chosen product for another.

In this case, you must return the products to the Seller by shipping them within fourteen (14) days starting from the date you received the products.

By returning the products using the seller’s courier, TNT, the shipment will be free of charge otherwise the consumer will bear the shipment costs, as well as the risks associated with shipping.

Timing and refund’s procedures

After receiving the returned products, the Seller shall make the necessary investigations related to the compliance of them. If the checks are successfully concluded, the Seller will send, via email, a confirmation for the acceptance of returned products. 

The Seller will refund the consumer as quickly as possible and no later than thirty (30) days from the date on which the Seller becomes aware of his right of withdrawal.

Applicable law and disputes

By using this Site you fully agree to the jurisdiction of Italian laws and that any dispute arising out of your use of this Site shall be resolved exclusively by the competent Court of Genova Italy.
